Do You Want a Bigger Penis and Will That Mean Better Sex?
We must first try to establish whether or not a bigger penis does actually make for better sex.
Is it a case of bigger is better? Or perhaps, alternatively, it’s not what you’ve got but what you do with it that counts? Old, oft repeated adages; ancient wisdom or utter nonsense? Let’s find out.
How big is bigger?
The obvious unanswered question here is, ‘what is the size of an average penis?’ Big cannot be deduced until the average has been established. Well, quite honestly many studies, research and subsequent results are at best described as ‘inconclusive’, deduced from ‘straw polls’ and unscientifically presented conclusions.
Herein lies a problem, ‘research’ even claims that there are regional and world wide variations in the average length of a penis; certain parts of the world guarantee more well-endowed males than others. Once again the results must be treated with some scepticism, generally poorly researched using non-scientific research criteria.
One thing for sure, all this hullaballoo does succeed in generating a feeling of paranoia and inadequacy in many, many men.
OK, not all research nor surveys are dodgy, it is generally acknowledged, from university research, that an average penis size, when flaccid, is 8.8 cm (3.5 inches); increasing to an average size of 12.9 cm (5.1 inches) when erect?
Remember that bigger not only relates to length but also girth; the studies furthermore suggest that the average penis has a girth of 4.59 inches (11.66 cm) when erect, and 3.66 inches (9.31cm) when flaccid. Time to get the tape out!
THERE CAN BE LITTLE DOUBT THAT SOME PENISES ARE DEFINITELY BIGGER THAN OTHERS.
What do the ladies have to say?
Once again there’s been a lot of ‘bogus’ research that once again tend to conclude that the issue is inconclusive.
However more trusted research claims that the majority of women are happy with the size of their partner’s penis; a pleasurable sexual two way experience achieved through tenderness and technique and not overly reliant on size.
Many experienced women claim that a bigger penis does result in more ‘vaginal orgasms’, others counteract this by saying that a more average sized penis encourages greater ‘clitoris orgasms’. The issue of female orgasms is whole different article.
From all the, often dubious, research does emerge two seemingly incontrovertible facts:
- Attaining a bigger penis can bolster a man’s self-esteem and,
- Ensure greater sexual pleasures for some female partners
The conclusion therefore is that;
A BIGGER PENIS WILL SATISFY SOME WOMEN.
This brings us on to the delicate issue of the male with a below average sized penis. Whether it’s deemed below average by himself or his sexual partner; either way it can be that a small penis can become a big problem.
So, can an average or below average sized penis be enlarged?
The answer thankfully is yes; whether it’s advisable in all cases is open to much debate.
Here then are the most popular and effective options:
- Pills and supplements
- Penis extenders
Surgery – for most of us surgery is the last desperate resort; surgery can be effective, uncomfortable and very costly. Plus, bear in mind that all surgery comes with the risk of complications. Penis surgery is deemed a cosmetic procedure and as thus cannot be claimed for on the NHS. Of course this option cannot be accessed without thorough consultation with your GP. There are less intrusive treatments that no doubt your GP will advise ahead of invasive surgery.
Exercises – this is probably a more sensible first option; there are quite a few exercise activities with proven track records. However be careful, some exercises can seem a little extreme, such as attaching weights to your manhood! Most involve massage and seem relatively harmless and hopefully most effective. Let’s be honest there’s no harm in trying a few of these less aggressive techniques before spending money on alternatives.
Pills and supplements – there are many, many such remedies available; choosing the right product can be a bit hit or miss. Some may work for you, some may not. Always choose a company with a proven track record with positive customer reviews. Also make sure that all ingredients are listed! Even natural ingredients may upset some.
Always consult your doctor before taking any supplements!
Penis extenders, pumps and other, often eye-watering paraphernalia are plentiful.
Penis extenders can look a little like instruments of torture, a bit unfair perhaps; they all come with reassurances that the device is safe, comfortable and effective. There are many glowing reviews to back up these claims and a few sceptical reviews questioning the penis extender’s effectiveness. Once again, if it works for you then don’t knock it!
As for pumps and the plethora of sex toys, suffice to say, they bring pleasure to thousands by way of enhancing the sexual experience and maybe helping with cases of erectile dysfunction. But do they make the penis larger? Temporarily perhaps.
One last piece of advice; if it ain’t broke then don’t try to fix it! Meaning, that if you’re enjoying a healthy, satisfying sex life, no matter what the size of your penis, then just be content, a little smug and very grateful.
